Cancellation of Connection Booking
Customers can only ask for the cancellation of the new connection before installation. Total 3% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellation.
Cancellation once Connection is active
Company “Infolink Broadband Private Limited” is not liable to pay more than 50% of the total amount paid by the customer, in case if there is no error from the company end but the customer is willing to disconnect the connection.
